Accessibility at RWA2023

RWA is committed to designing an accessible conference for our attendees. We want to make sure we are doing everything possible to ensure all our attendees have an enjoyable event experience. Companion Registration

Registered attendees who require assistance from another person can contact [email protected] for information on how to get a complimentary companion registration.

Hotel Accessibility

The hotel is ADA compliant and has many accessible guest rooms; service animals are welcome. The hotel also provides a variety of options to get to meeting space: stairs, escalators, and elevators. 

ADA Accommodations

If you have any ADA requests, please indicate this on your conference registration form. A staff member will reach out to you before conference to discuss your accommodation (CART service, Braille program, etc.).
