Cancellation & Refunds Policy
- Refunds will be made, less a $100 processing fee, up to April 9, 2012.
- Refunds will be made, less a $150 processing fee, between April 10 and July 13, 2012
- Refunds after July 13, 2012, for documented, serious medical reasons or death only (you or immediate family member), less a $50 processing fee.
- There is a $25 returned check fee.
- Deadline for all refund requests is September 30, 2012.
