Schedule of Events: Editor/Agent Appointments

RWA's Annual Conference offers attendees a chance to personally pitch manuscripts to publishing-house editors and agents who represent romance authors in an editor/agent appointment during the conference.

All editor/agent appointments will take place in a designated area of the conference hotel on Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28.

Priority for appointments goes:
• first to current Golden Heart and RITA finalists
• then to past Golden Heart and RITA finalists from the previous two years’ contests  (2010 & 2011)
• then PRO and PAN members
• and then all General members.

Editor/Agent Appointments – Registration Timeline

Sign up for 2012 finalists for the RITA and Golden Heart contests, registered for conference, will open on:
Tuesday, May 1st at 9:00 AM CDT. Sign up will remain open for this group until Tuesday May 31st.

Sign up for 2011 and 2010 finalists for the RITA and Golden Heart contests, registered for conference, will open on:
Monday, May 7th at 9:00 AM CDT. Sign up will remain open for this group until Tuesday May 31st.

Sign up for current members of PAN and PRO, registered for conference, will open on:
Monday, May 14th at 9:00 AM CDT. Sign up will remain open for this group until Tuesday May 31st.

Sign up for current members, registered for conference, will open on:
Monday, May 21st at 9:00 AM CDT. Sign up will remain open for this group until Tuesday May 31st.

Instructions and a link to sign up for appointments will be e-mailed to each eligible group a few days before their sign-up start date.
