Hotel Reservations

NEW! If you are already registered for conference and you would like to reserve a room at the overflow hotel, please e-mail your name, member number and conference registration confirmation number to conference@rwa.org .

A link to reserve a hotel room at the overflow hotel will be sent to you with your conference confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of registering. This link will allow you to reserve your room at the RWA room rate.

Update on the Status of Rooms in RWA’s Block at the Marriott Marquis

Rooms at the Marriott Marquis in the RWA block are currently sold out.

RWA has arranged for a block of rooms at the nearby Manhattan On Times Square, a Sheraton/Starwood hotel located a short walk (.3 miles) from the conference facility. Conference registrants will receive a discounted rate of $219. Please note that conference registration is required in order to receive this discounted rate.

Friday, May 13 (5 p.m. ET), is the cut-off date for hotel reservations at the RWA group rate (at the Manhattan On Times Square). Although hotel reservations can only be made using the link in the conference registration e-mail, questions about hotel reservations can be directed to the Manhattan On Times Square by calling 212-581-3300. Any changes to a reservation that has already been made need to be directed to the hotel. Please note: You may cancel your hotel reservation no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival by calling the hotel. Failure to cancel the hotel reservation will result in a charge of one night.

RWA will periodically compare conference registration information with the hotel reservation list. Hotel reservations made without RWA Conference registration will be removed from RWA's block.
