RWA2012 Conference Guide for Publishers

Romance Writers of America’s Annual Conference provides publishers the opportunity to connect with 2,100 career-focused romance writers and to showcase a publishing program. The conference will take place in Anaheim, Calif., at the Anaheim Marriott® from Wednesday, July 25, through Saturday, July 28.

This guide provides information about the different levels of participation available to qualifying markets at the RWA Conference. “Qualifying market” means any publisher, or any division, imprint, or line of a publisher that meets the criteria for extension of RWA-provided conference space and resources. Please note: If your publisher previously submitted a qualifying market questionnaire, you will not need to resubmit; however, RWA reserves the right to request updated information. RWA evaluates each publisher or division, imprint, or line of a publisher and allocates conference space and resources to those qualifying markets that provide the greatest opportunities for career-focused romance writers.
