Registration
How Do I Register?
There are three ways to register for the RWA Conference: online, by mail or fax.
- To register online, members must log in to www.rwa.org and then visit the registration link on the RWA home page or, you may click here. (Please note that the online registration form work best in Internet Explorer; members have reported receiving error messages using other browsers.)
a. Make sure to complete the badge name field(s), the registrant type field, and the event fee check box.
b. Check off any ADA or special meal requirements in the “sessions” section.
c. Then, add your payment information and check out.
d. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address RWA has on file within 24 hours of registering. You can always view your purchase in the My Transactions section of My Account Profile (under the “event registrations” subhead).
- Registering by mail is easy! Simply complete the conference registration form and mail it and your payment to the RWA corporate office: Romance Writers of America, attn: Conference Registration, 14615 Benfer Rd, Houston, Texas 77069.
- To fax your registration to RWA, complete the registration form and fax it to 281-200-0326, our fax line dedicated solely to conference forms. Or, you may fax it to our main fax line, 832-717-5201.
