The 2012 RWA Conference registration fees are as follows.
- Member early registration fee (through April 9): $495
- Nonmember early registration fee (through April 9): $570
- Member late registration fee (April 10 through July 13): $545
- Nonmember late registration fee (April 10 through July 13): $620
- Member onsite registration fee: $645
- Nonmember onsite registration fee: $720
We listened to your concerns regarding food provided at last year's conference and will be offering the following at RWA2012: continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, a coffee break Saturday morning, and dessert service Saturday evening at the Awards Ceremony.

Any person participating in or attending any RWA-sponsored conference event must be registered for the conference. All individuals who violate this provision shall be billed the full late conference fee, plus a 50 percent penalty. Exceptions to this policy are: (1) RWA members may attend the Literacy Autographing as members of the general public, and (2) the Annual General Meeting shall be open to all members.
