Every year, approximately 2,150 writers, editors, agents, and other publishing professionals attend the Romance Writers of America Annual Conference. 

The 2013 RWA Conference (RWA2013) will take place July 17–20, 2013, in Atlanta, GA, at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.

Romance Writers of America publishes a 72-page, full-color program for its Annual Conference. Every conference attendee receives a program upon registration at the event. The program contains a schedule of events, workshop descriptions and times, RWA speakers, award recipients, and the RITA and Golden Heart finalists.

Digital Files:

Send an electronic file created at 300 dpi (at final scale) in an EPS, TIF, JPEG, or high-resolution PDF format. Artwork must be provided ready for publication.

Accepted Media:

Files may be supplied via e-mail, on CD or DVD. Files bigger than 8 MB should be sent by CD/DVD to: RWA, attn: Megan Sloan, 14615 Benfer Rd., Houston, TX 77069.

Payment:

Payment must be submitted to RWA by May 1, 2013. RWA accepts credit cards, checks (payable to Romance Writers of America), or money orders drawn on a bank with a branch in the United States through which the transaction can be made. Advertising is accepted at the discretion of RWA. Publication of advertising does not constitute an endorsement, and RWA is not liable for any products or services advertised. RWA’s liability to advertisers is limited to refunds of the advertising fees collected.
