Volunteering at the RWA Conference
RWA needs lots of volunteers to lend a hand at the Annual Conference, and we have several openings available. These openings include set up for events such the Literacy Autographing, Luncheons, and Awards Ceremony, and help during registration, workshops, etc.
The volunteer sign-up form is part of the online conference registration process this year, so please review the list below and consider where you'd like to volunteer before registering for the conference.
If you don't sign up to volunteer when you register for the conference, you can add volunteer shifts afterward. To sign up to volunteer after you’ve already registered for the conference:
- Log in to http://www.rwa.org and visit your My Profile page.
- Click the Transactions tab.
- Find your conference registration transaction, and click the Registration button next to it.
- Click the My Options tab.
- Click the Add Additional Options button.
- Select your volunteer shift and hit the Add button next to each selection.
- Hit Finish.
