My Golden Heart Information

To access your Golden Heart entry information on FormoPro:

• Go to https://www.formopro.com/mr.asp?2.269608.7.
• Hit Start.
• Log in with your FormoPro username and password.
• Confirm/verify your identity.
• On the following screen, you'll see a summary page that shows all the books you entered in this year's contest.

To access your Golden Heart judging/scoring information on FormoPro:

• Click on the link https://www.formopro.com/mr.asp?2.269608.7.
• On the Welcome page, click the Start button.
• You will be asked to log in.
• Enter your user name and password in the Returning to FormoPro box. (This is the username and password you created when you initially signed up to enter or judge the Golden Heart contest.)
• You will be asked to confirm that you are you, click Next.
• The Judging Preliminaries screen will appear. The screen will list all of the entries assigned to you.
• Click on a title of an entry you wish to judge.
• The entry title, synopsis and partial are located toward the bottom of the page.
• Click on the Download button located next to the partial manuscript.
• Judging the partial manuscript. The manuscript may open in a new window or may go to your downloads file, depending on the type of computer operating system you are using. Read the partial manuscript. Please note files saved as .rtf do not always display the headers properly when viewed on a computer.
• Click on the Download button located next to the synopsis.

Entering scores

• At the top of the page, in the Judging Scores and Elements section, click the circle next to the number one. The number one serves as a check mark indicating that you are ready to judge the entry.
• Located next to each of the four rating elements is a pull down menu. Select a score for each element. Each element must have a score.
• If you feel the entry is not a romance, click the yes button.
• If you feel the entry is in the wrong category, click the yes button.
• If you feel the entry is not properly formatted, click the yes button.
• Click Save.
• Click the Judging (Preliminaries) button listed on the left side of the screen, or you may click the Next Judging button at the top or bottom of the screen. The Next Judging button will take you to the next book on your list of assigned titles.
• Click Logout in the top Right corner of the page.
