The purpose of the RWA Trade Show is to provide a venue for authors to make connections with companies/individuals that offer business assistance to authors (editing, cover art, e-book formatting, author assistant, marketing services, etc.).

At the RWA2020 Virtual Trade Show, Exhibitors can: 

  • Fully customize your virtual booth: 
    • Logo
    • Company description
    • Tags to aid discoverability
    • Media assets such as videos and downloadable files
  • Generate new leads with the ability to contact attendees who request information
  • Connect with attendees via:
    • Chat box
    • Polls
    • 1:1 meetings

    • Logo appears on 3D Exhibitor Map and Exhibitor List in conference app
    • Logo and link listed on RWA.org 
    • Exhibitors promoted on RWA social media and conference update emails 
  • Take advantage of a flexible schedule
    • Trade show “area” open throughout conference (August 28-30)
    • Exhibitors can set times they’ll be available to chat in-booth or for 1:1 meetings
    • Attendees can view media assets or request info even when exhibitors aren’t present
