- Face masks will be available to all attendees. RWA will follow the Gaylord's policy: "Unvaccinated guests and customers are required to wear masks. For fully vaccinated guests, masks are optional."
- Meeting rooms will be sanitized.
- Socially distanced seating will be used in all meeting spaces.
- Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
