Notice of Second-Quarter Board Meeting Postponement

Following yesterday's announcement of RWA's leadership transition and the ongoing independent ethics audit, the Board is rescheduling its Jan 12th Board meeting until next month. The audit, which will include interviews with key individuals throughout RWA as well as findings and recommendations on improving our processes and procedures, will be fully shared with all of our members when it is final. We will follow up to provide the new Board meeting date and time when it is set and with at least 10 days' prior written notice.
