Hope Tarr is the award-winning author of twenty-five historical and contemporary romance novels for multiple publishers including OPERATION CINDERELLA (Suddenly Cinderella series book #1), optioned by Twentieth Century FOX for feature film. Her books have been translated into 30 languages including French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Korean, Japanese and Slovene. Hope is the editor and publisher of Scribbling Women & the Real-Life Romance Heroes Who Love Them, a nonfiction anthology of romance authors’ true love stories—net sales support the 501c(3) charity, Win. She is also a cofounder and current curator of Lady Jane’s Salon®, New York City’s first, and still only, monthly romance reading series now in its seventh year with five satellites nationwide. (The NYC Salon supports Win). Prior to launching her writing career, she earned a Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology and a Ph.D. in Education, both from the Catholic University of America. She lives in Manhattan with her real-life romance hero and their rescue cats.
