Bio:

I write witty Regency romances for Harlequin Historical that always have a feisty heroine and the sort of hero that I would want to fall in love with. For most of the day, well Monday to Friday nine till five, I live in my own fictional world with the characters I create. I am not a plotter. I plot on a day-to-day basis and see where they take me. If I have an ending in mind, those pesky characters always change it, but it is one of the things I love about writing. In the evenings and weekends, like Cinderella's coach, I turn into a pumpkin again and become Mum.

I live on the outskirts of London with my wonderful husband and two grown teenagers. I used to be a history teacher so my backgrounds lends itself to writing historical fiction but I write contemporary too. In my spare time, I love to travel to far off places, shop for things that I do not need and read romances written by other people.
