Bio:

First published in 1983, Rosanne has had 61 books published throughout the world.  The winner of numerous writing awards, she writes about the American West of the 1800's, Native Americans, and the many events and locations of true American History, from the Revolution through the Indian Wars and the Civil War.  In 2013 Rosanne was honored as a "Legend of Romance" by Romantic Times.  She has written for several different publishers over the past 30 (+) years and now has many books available on Amazon for Kindle.  Her current publisher is Sourcebooks.  Rosanne is available for speaking to libraries, bookstores, writing groups and book clubs.  She is a member of several historical societies and has traveled the West for years for research.  She is a native of southwest Michigan and has been married to Larry Bittner since 1965.  She and her husband have two sons and three grandsons.  You can learn more about Rosanne at www.rosannebittner.com, and visit her blog at www.rosannebittner.blogspot.com.  She is also on Facebook, Twitter, and has a site at Goodreads and many other author/reader sites.
