Bio:

Eileen Richards has written whether it was snarky answers to essay questions in school, poetry, or the occasional technical document.  Her English Literature/British History major fed her creative mind, but her 30-year career in Information Technology paid the bills.

Her career in IT has allowed her to work in almost all areas of computer technology but her focus on data gives her a unique perspective on utilizing Google for problem solving and research.

While IT paid consistently, writing was her passion. During a midlife crisis (one of many), she decided to write her first novel that shall remain under the bed with the dust bunnies.

Her first historical Regency romance, Miss Townsend’s Unexpected Wish, comes out in October 2015 with Lyrical Press/Kensington Publishing.

Eileen lives in North Carolina with her husband, a greyhound named Honey, and a bunch of exotic fish. She has two grown sons, a fabulous daughter-in-law, and the most beautiful grand-daughter. Of course, she is a bit biased.
