National bestselling author Linda Style spent many long Minnesota winters dreaming up stories and of one day becoming a novelist. Saner minds directed her to an education where she studied behavioral science. But the childhood dream lived on, and after a move to Arizona, she returned to school for a journalism degree and has since worked in a number of jobs from director of a state mental health program to magazine editor―and publishing 15 novels with Harlequin Superromance. Linda also co-founded Bootcamp for Novelists Online with Connie Flynn and taught the advanced writing classes. Her nonfiction book BEYOND THE FIRST DRAFT is a compilation of her Bootcamp classes. Linda’s novels, including five romantic suspense novels recently published on Amazon, have won several awards, including the Daphne du Maurier Award, the Orange Rose Best Book of the Year, and the HOLT Medallion Award of Merit. When not writing, she likes to travel, take photographs, play tennis, and hike in the Arizona mountains―the best place in the world to dream up more stories.
