We hope you are planning to join us for RWA2018!
In order to ensure that registered attendees have access to rooms at RWA’s discounted room rate, only registered attendees will be able to reserve hotel rooms through RWA. This requires the linking of RWA’s membership database to a third-party company that manages RWA’s room block.
Conference registrants will receive a hotel reservation link in their event registration confirmation e-mail. Reservations are limited to one per attendee.
Hotel reservations open in February 2018.

The headquarters hotel for RWA2018 will be the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, located on Denver's 16th Street Pedestrian Mall.
Rate per night:
- Single/Double Occupancy: $199
- Triple Occupancy: $199
- Quadruple Occupancy: $199
Rates include complimentary in-room wi-fi, bottled water, and fitness center access.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to check in or a one night's stay fee will be charged.
Taxes: 15.75% room tax
Deposit: No deposit requirements. Cancellation penalties still apply.

Changes/Cancellations to Existing Reservations: Reservations may be canceled without penalty through 5:00 p.m. CT on April 11, 2018. Reservations canceled after this date will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.* In addition, failure to cancel your reservation within the hotel cancellation policy will result in a no show fee charged by the hotel.
Any changes may be made to your reservation via the website or via email at email@example.com until June 21, 2018. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: Beginning June 28, 2018, all cancellations, changes, and new reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please do not call the hotel before June 28, 2018, as they will not have record of your room reservation. The $100 cancellation fee will still be charged through Experient if you cancel your room after June 28, 2018.
*Refunds will be processed for registrants who provide documentation to prove they were unable to attend the conference due to serious illness or death of registrant or the registrant's immediate family member, or registrant’s inability to travel due to natural disasters, war, government regulations, or acts of terrorism. Registrants who qualify for refunds under this provision will not be required to pay the $100 fee for cancellation of a related hotel reservation.
