2020-2021 Election Results
The votes are in and we'd like to officially welcome the new members of the RWA Board of Directors, who will start their term on September 1, 2020. Please see below for election results, which have been certified by Survey & Ballot Systems. Thank you to all who voted!
Please note, as all Board positions were up for election at the same time, this election was considered a Special Election and the following terms were set for the elected members in order to resolve conflicts with Bylaw sections 11.1 and 11.3.1, which discuss the years in which certain Board positions are elected and how terms are staggered:
- The six Director-at-Large candidates who received the highest number of votes will serve two-year terms.
- The next six Director-at-Large candidates with the highest number of votes will serve one-year terms.
- The elected Secretary will serve a one-year term.
- The elected Treasurer will serve a two-year term.
